Strange Bedfellows

25 comments on my last post? Woooooweee. Well, okay so some most of them were between me and a couple people who vehemently disagreed with me, but 25!! What I took away from that is politics may not be a good topic for this here humorous blog.

You see all I really tried to do was point out the funny in the Rush/Sandra/Obama/contraceptive debacle and things went fine at first. Until the comments. Then it was a liberal backlash, and that in itself was pretty funny because if anything I am a centrist when I decide to pay attention to politics, which I usually don't. Because most of the time it's not funny.

Oh the candidates and the decisions our leaders make are a laugh riot, but the effects of said clowns and policies are not funny at all.

So then I usually talk about something entirely whimsical like venting my spleen or deciding to go shopping wearing only Pampers and sandals.

I even had to blacklist someone so they cannot comment here anymore. Me performing such an act would have been inconceivable a few years ago. There's usually a pregnant pause when I do things like that, but not always.

Maybe it's my delivery.

Point is that lots of people tend to take lots of things way too seriously and that is definitely <--------- spelled correctly  not the way this clown tumbles. Guess what folks? No one gets out of here alive. No one. 100 years from now all this will seem like something out of the past.

  1. Your concept of time and the past is deceptively simple, make that just simple. Have a great week.

  2. To me politics is annoying cause i am not part of either party I was a libral leftist before then after college and seeing life a little bit i realized that both sides have good ideas and take them way too far or only do the good stuff for their own interests.
